As a former play therapist, school counselor, and academic advisor, I have been coaching people for decades. I have a Ph.D. in counseling and human development with emphases on the language of play and having constructive dialogues. As a whole life coach, I offer individual sessions and retreats to help people of all ages and issues (re)discover what makes them feel content and free so that life is easier and more joyful. I believe that creativity and positivity make the world a better place. My life coaching centers around play and energy and intuition. My passion is helping both adults and youth live according to their own truths. When our life and work are in flow, they feel like play. I love to help people remember that feeling. I am a certified Soul’s Calling Coach. I also have completed Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Training. I draw from all of these expertise areas in my work as a relationship coach and intuitive guide.
